2023 亞洲菁英音樂比賽 Asia's Elite Music Competition

一) 宗旨Purpose
亞洲菁英文化藝術交流協會將舉辦「2023亞洲菁英音樂比賽」，所有參賽者都將有機會展示自己的音樂才華和技巧，並與其他優秀的參賽者進行交流和學習。
2023 Asia’s Elite Music Competition aims to provide all participants with an opportunity to showcase their musical talents and skills, as well as to exchange and learn from other outstanding participants.

三) 參賽資格Eligibility
歡迎香港及任何亞洲地區人士參與
Participants from Hong Kong and any Asian region are welcome to participate.

四) 組別 Categories
1. 鋼琴組別 Piano Group
2. 弦樂組別 Strings Group
3. 聲樂組別 Vocal Group
4. 豎琴組別 Harp Group
5. 管樂組別 Winds Group
6. 中樂組別 Chinese Instrument Group
7. 敲擊樂組別 Percussion Group

五) 個人獎項 Individual Awards
每組各設有冠、亞、季、殿、第五及優異獎；得獎者將獲頒發精美獎杯及獎狀
Each group has a champion, runner-up, third runner-up, fourth, fifth, and merit awards; winners will be awarded trophies and certificates.

六) 導師/團體獎項 Mentor/Institution Awards
本會將頒發教育獎盃給推薦8個或以上參賽名單之機構或導師
The Association will award educational trophies to institutions or mentors who recommend 8 or more entry lists.

九) 報名流程 Registration Process
1. 填寫網上報名表格,及繳交報名費用
Complete the online registration form and submit the registration fee.
2. 請將收據或成功付款截圖 WhatsApp 給我們(+852 6061 6128).

十) 錄影視頻規則Video recording rule
1. 參與視頻錄影之參賽者可使用手提電話、相機或其他拍攝工具，拍攝參賽歌曲並在繳交限期或之前連同參賽者身份證明文件（如學生證、身份證或護照等）及比賽曲目副本，並以報名時提供之電郵提交予本會，否則參賽資格將被取消。(info.asiaeliteculture@gmail.com)
電郵格式如下：
主題：參賽組別、參賽編號、參賽者姓名及樂器
例：Piano Grade Group_PG01_TommyChan_ Piano
2. 其他繳交視頻方式，例如使用報名時之聯絡電話WhatsApp至本會後勤部電話+852 6061 6128並傳送有效YouTube link 或 Google Drive下載視頻連結，同時提供參賽者之姓名及參賽組別以便本會跟進，否則參賽資格將被取消

1. Participants can use mobile phones, cameras, or other shooting tools for video recording. Participants should submit a copy of their score together with an identity document (such as a student ID card, ID card or passport, etc.) before the deadline, and email those information to the Association at info.asiaeliteculture@gmail.com. Otherwise, the qualification will be cancelled.
The email format is as follows:
Subject: Participating Category, Participating Number, Name of Contestant, and Instrument
Example: Piano Grade Group_PG01_TommyChan_ Piano
2. Other methods of video submission, such as sending a valid YouTube link or Google Drive download video link to WhatsApp at +852 6061 6128. Please provide the name and competition group of the contestant, so that the association can follow up. Otherwise, the qualification will be disqualified

十一) 比賽視頻拍攝之規定 Regulations on video shooting
1. 參賽者須依照參賽組別之曲目要求和時限拍攝，拍攝所使用工具及地點不限
2. 建議使用720p像素拍攝錄影片段
3. 參賽者必須將參賽樂曲副本連同影片一併提交
4. 參賽者沒有背譜限制
5. 影片需清晰顯示參賽者樣貌和樂器
6. 參賽者不受伴奏限制
7. 參賽者請確保影片和收音質素
8. 大會不接受曾編輯/剪接過的影片

1. Participants must follow the repertoire requirements and time limit. There are no restrictions on the tools and locations for shooting
2. It is recommended to use 720p pixels to shoot video clips
3. Participants must submit a copy of their score together with the video
4. There is no limit for participants to memorize scores
5. The video must clearly show the participants’ appearance and musical instruments
6. Participants are not restricted by the accompaniment
7. Please ensure the quality of video and audio
8. The association will not accept edited/edited films

十二) 注意事項 Notes
1.所有參賽者必須於截止前繳交報名費用,逾期將不獲接納報名
2.凡參賽者提交報名表格, 即表示同意亞洲菁英文化藝術交流協會(下稱”協會”)將參賽作品編輯、 複製、存檔、傳輸、發布、宣傳、展覽及印刷，而無需事先徵求參賽人士同意及支付任何費用，並保存採用作品之最終決定權
3.參賽者所提供之個人資料只作比賽聯絡及發放比賽通知之用途
4.所有參賽費用一經遞交,概不發還
5.請確保參賽者之個人資料正確無誤，如有錯誤本會概不負責。
6.更改資料每次收費港幣100元正
7.參賽者可選背譜或看譜演奏或演唱
8.由於比賽者眾多，我們會通過WhatsApp或電郵回答所有問題，不便之處，敬請原諒。
9.所有比賽最新消息只會在本會Facebook專業內或網站公布，本會並不會以電郵、電話或郵寄方式通知，故此參賽者須定期瀏覽本會所發放之比賽最新消息。
10.本協會有權保留修訂比賽規則、終止或取消參賽者資格權利,而無需另行通知
11.所有參賽者必須遵守所有比賽規則及細則，提交及參賽即表同意及清楚大會規則及聲明
12.如有任何爭議,本協會保留最後權利

1. All participants must submit the registration fee before the deadline. Late registrations will not be accepted.
2. By submitting the registration form, participants agree that Asia’s Elite Cultural and Art Exchange Association (referred to as “the association”) may edit, copy, archive, transmit, publish, promote, exhibit, and print their works without prior consent or payment, and reserve the right to make the final decision on the use of the works.
3. Personal information provided by participants will only be used for competition contact and notification purposes.
4. All registration fees are non-refundable.
5. Please ensure that the personal information provided by participants is accurate. The association will not be responsible for any errors.
6. HK$100 is charged for each change of information.
7. Participants can choose to play or sing by reciting or watching scores
8. Due to the large amount of participants, we will answer all questions via WhatsApp or email, sorry for any inconvenience.
9. All the latest news of the competition will only be announced on the Facebook page or website of the Association. The Association will not notify by email, telephone, or post. Therefore, participants must regularly browse the latest news of the competition issued by the Association.
10. The association reserves the right to revise the competition rules, and terminate or cancel the eligibility of participants without prior notice.
11. All participants must comply with all competition rules and regulations. By submitting and participating, participants agree and understand the competition rules and statements.
12. In case of any disputes, the association reserves the final right.

如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。
In the event of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
